Collection: INFLATABLES COLLECTION

Please Note:

• These inflatables are for the general public. If you are a commercial customer, please look at the inflatables in our Commercial Collection.
• These inflatables come directly from the manufacturer and in most cases they are in China. 
• Delivery of these inflatables can take between 4-7 weeks if they come by ship (this is the default shipping we use). If you are buying for a special occasion or holidays, please keep the shipping time in mind.
• If you want the inflatable to come by air, please remember:
• They are very large and very heavy
• You will be responsible for the cost of shipping, which is organised by the manufacturer, not by us
• You will also be responsible for the customs charges when the inflatable arrives in Australia
• Send us an email letting us know that you would like air shipping and we will arrange a quote for you with regard to shipping and customs. The price of the inflatable stays the same.
• The inflatables are of a very high quality and are made to last. If you find a fault in your inflatable, please take pictures and immediately let us know so we can contact the manufacturer.
• Please understand that there is no refund or exchange for change of mind or for damage done whilst using the inflatable caused by human interference. 
• The manufacturer requires pictures taken and will only look at refunding if there is a fault with the product that was done at time of manufacture. The refund will only be for the inflatable itself, not the shipping and customs charges.
• We only use manufacturers that use quality materials, that test the products before they are shipped and are made by well established companies. These companies would need to have more than 10 years experience in manufacturing these inflatables. 
• We order from manufacturers, not suppliers or other stores. The inflatables come directly from the warehouse where they are made to your door.
• If you have any questions prior to purchasing or after purchasing, please let us know either by email or phone. We will pass these questions onto the manufacturer and have answers for you as quickly as possible.
